Support Boat

In order to carry out tasks not possible with their regular deck tender, this client was looking for a larger support boat to accompany the mothership during charter trips. In between trips and seasons the new support boat would have to be shipped, preferably in a 40ft container. The principle design particulars of the Chase Boat we developped for J8 Topaz, perfectly fitted these requirements . Based on that platform we designed a complete new support boat incorporating ample guest seating, a good helm position for the crew and a raised foredeck with small cabin, allowing for an interior. This interior space, nicely finished with styling details linking to the mothership, can sleep an additional crew member and houses a toilet with wash basin. The support boat nicely fits into a standard 40ft container. Storing for shipping is pretty quick; after lifting the boat out of the water and onto it's trailer,  customized and supplied by the Alucraft yard as well,  the combination can be easily pulled into the container.
